Looking for a candidate who will enjoy a setting where you can work 1 on 1 with a patient in their home. A caring personality, clinical background, and reliable transportation is needed for someone to succeed in this position. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7a-3p

We require:

+ CNA/HHA license within the past 2 years

+ Ability to asses a patient

+ No outstanding charges on backgrounds

+ Reliable transportation

Daily tasks:

+ Assisted Daily Living

+ Transportation to appointments (Not required)

+ Bathing

+ Assistance to restroom/bed

+ Companionship

+ Medication reminders

+ Light housekeeping

+ Light meal preparation
