Responsibilities for a _Talent Development Specialist_ include but are not limited to:
• Manage a caseload of participants, offering counseling and mentoring.
• Assess participant skills, education, work history, and employment barriers.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to support job search and retention.
• Develop individualized employment plans with short- and long-term goals.
Candidates for _Talent Development Specialist_ must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• One to three years of experience in workforce development or related programs preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with the local community and available resources.

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

**Pay Details:** $19.50 per hour
