    This role delivers “person-centered” services to the SLH Workforce through the effective, efficient delivery of services, optimizing employee engagement to maximize every employee’s experience. Performs a variety of tasks and provides support to the HR office requiring knowledge related to HR functional disciplines including but not limited to HR Compliance, Recruitment, Training, Labor Relations, Benefits, etc.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Verifiable professional experience in delivering customer service with excellence.

    + Demonstrated experience providing professional and polished communication skills over all interactive channels; social media, written, spoken and the expression of the organization’s values in every interaction. Interact effectively and professionally across all levels, internally and externally.

    + Proven ability to appropriately onboard candidates to include private and confidential storage/sharing of information and associated processes. Detail orientation, prioritization of work streams and organization skills are required to be performed at the highest levels at all times, as the minimum expectation of service delivery.

    + Verifiable and demonstrated professional experience in leading and managing programs, such as: NHO, employee recognition and similar events, and student/volunteer/new hire experiences.

    + Verifiable and demonstrated modeling of behaviors in the professional handling of confidential data at the highest level as the minimum expectation and successfully demonstrating appropriate judgment in the management of information at all times.

    + Demonstrated professional work experience in the ability to respond to changing priorities and meet deadlines.

    + Demonstrated professional proficiency in the use of MS Suite of Business Solutions (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) and other HR/IS software {Applicant tracking systems (ATS), benefits systems, compliance/policy, learning (LMS), etc. are highly desirable}.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + Two to Five years in an office setting

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    + Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    + HR certification preferred

    + Two to Five years in an HR office setting preferred

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

    $20.75 - $28.00

    The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
