Adecco is recruiting for a **Operations Sepcialist** to join in **Jacksonville, FL.**

Description.

This role is responsible for activities supporting management investment advisory programs within the Business Governance team. Including reviewing and responding to program policy and procedure request as well as conducting reviews of investment and maintenance requests for client accounts, according to established guidelines and procedures.

The Responsibilities will include** **:

+ Responds to inquiries via various channels to support operational efficiency and provide expedient quality service

+ Performs basic research, follow-up and resolution of routine research requests

+ Identifies potential issues in daily operational tasks and escalates risk concerns, as appropriate

+ Reviews and approves account documentation and enrollments through systematic and manual reviews

+ Oversight and review of business policy adherence, including the enforcement of an effective governance structure for the Firm’s investment advisory programs.

Qualifications

+ Prior experience in the securities or financial services industry with a strong understanding of brokerage functions and operations.

+ Attention to Detail: The ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task and process detailed information effectively and consistently.

+ Customer and Client Focus: The ability to identify, understand and prioritize the needs of internal, external, prospective and existing customers in order to provide solutions, resolve problems, and address questions.

**Pay Details:** $22.12 per hour
