Our payment solutions client is urgently hiring two fully remote Claims Agents to jump into action on a high-impact, high-visibility project supporting service claims from Authorized Service Contractors. Can be based anywhere in the U.S.
You'll be reviewing, validating, and processing 100–125 claims per day — keeping critical fieldwork and revenue flowing.
+ 6-month contract assignment
+ Schedule is Monday-Friday (8-5) in your time zone
+ 1 step virtual interview

+ 2-week training on internal systems
This role is perfect for you if:
+ You have experience managing high-volume service claims
+ You are comfortable with repetitive work and data entry
+ You are proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel)
+ You communicate clearly and have a service-first mindset
+ You learn new systems and processes quickly
**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
