Position

SAS has an opening for a Property Protection Representative. Different shifts available.

Job Responsibilities

+ Patrolling property on foot and with golf cart.

+ Inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.

+ Permitting entry to authorized personnel as needed.

+ Record keeping of events and irregularities.

+ Contacting Supervision, Police, Fire, or Alarm Monitoring as needed

+ Opening premises, turning on lights, and other equipment as identified.

+ Other duties that are function specific to the shift or location.

+ Must have good attendance.

+ Must be licensed to drive a vehicle in the state of Texas.

Physical Requirements

+ Physical labor is often necessary for 8 hours or more per day with breaks approximately every two hours including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, pushing, pulling, grasping, feeling, talking, and hearing

+ Good vision in order to make general observations of the facilities or structures and any activities taking place.

+ Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.

+ Employee will be subject to indoor and outdoor conditions.

Education & Experience Requirements

+ High School diploma or equivalents

+ Previous Security/Guard experience is a plus

Hours

Able to work day and night hours including weekends. Different shifts available.
