    Join Our New Houston Campus! Lincoln Tech is Seeking Admissions Facilitators

     

    Lincoln Tech is looking for energetic, customer-centric Admissions Facilitators to help launch our brand new Houston campus opening Summer 2025! Be part of our founding team as we establish our newest Texas location. In this pivotal role, you will support the Admissions Office's strategic goals, helping to create and administer the day-to-day workflow while facilitating the admissions process for our skilled trades programs. Your strong communication and organizational skills will be essential to our successful campus launch!

     

    Responsibilities of an Admissions Facilitator

     

    + Support Admissions initiatives by assisting prospective students throughout the application process for our new Houston campus

    + Serve as the first point of contact for our new campus, creating positive first impressions for visitors and callers

    + Respond to admissions-related inquiries from parents, high school personnel, community partners, and internal staff

    + Help coordinate and attend campus launch events and ongoing Admissions activities

    + Establish and maintain admissions-related data systems and correspondence for the new campus

    + Assist in creating efficient workflows and processes for the Admissions department

    + Provide overall support to the Admissions Department as we build our presence in Houston

    + Report to the Director of Admissions

     

    Requirements of an Admissions Facilitator

     

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Exceptional organizational skills - critical for helping establish new campus operations

    + Strong communication and customer service skills - essential for representing our new campus

    + A clear sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a dynamic startup environment

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

    + Flexibility and adaptability - valuable traits for a new campus launch

    + Knowledge of the Houston area - a plus
