In the role of FTZ Project Manager you'll play a pivotal part on our Programs team.
The Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) is a secure area under U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)'s supervision working outside of the CBP territory. They are known as free trade zones. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all US Government FTZ laws and operations, first installing process flows through a third party FTZ general warehousing model then transitioning to site-based subzone FTZ's in Garden Grove and Carson, California. The FTZ Project Manaager will be responsible for the administration and compliance activities of the Foreign Trade Zone program, including all importation and exportation requirements, as well as the custody and accuracy of the company's inventory and customs records. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the field or equivalent experience in International Trade/Logistics
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations experience. Experience with ERP inventory movement types. Experience with controlling inventories at multiple remote locations.
Computer Skills:
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Other Required Skills:
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
• Problem solving, well organized, detailed oriented and accurate.
Additional Preferred Qualifications/Skills: (not required)
• Experience in developing and auditing FTZ programs.

The expected salary range for this position is between $82,360 - $129,430 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
