Job Summary

As a Mainenance Worker, you will performs routine and preventive maintenance at facilities and on manufacturing machinery for assigned area(s) including physical building(s), process, and support equipment.

Job Description

We are looking for an **Maintenance Worker.** This position will be **full-time** and **on-site in Brooklyn Park MN.**

What You'll Do

+ Perform general facilities maintenance duties including painting, light carpentry, electrical, and/or plumbing work, upkeep of office machines, metal fabrication, and moving of machinery and/or office furniture and equipment.

+ Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment issues to minimize production downtime and process waste, requiring knowledge of systems to run sophisticated plant machinery

+ Completes all work orders, preventive maintenance sheets, and repair logs and related documents to reflect work performed

+ Provide technical support and training to maintenance and engineering department staff

+ Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their equipment issues.

What You'll Need

Required:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Proven experience in facility maintenance

+ High degree of initiative and resourcefulness to resolve issues and complete complex tasks

+ Be able to deliver new solutions to complex problems/issues

Physical Demands

+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationery most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
