    Entry Level HR Field Service Associate Opening

    Job Description

    Join our team and be an integral part of our Notice of Assignment (NOA) team, responsible for submitting staff transfers throughout the United States. This role demands the development of strong relationships with field personnel and providing excellent customer service to support business units. You will utilize technology to address customer-impacting concerns and ensure prompt and accurate resolution of service requests. A deep understanding of our core business is essential, along with a proactive approach to business-critical issues. Reliability, adherence to processes, and participation in continuous process improvement are key to success in this role.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop and maintain strong relationships with field personnel.

    + Provide exceptional customer service to support business units.

    + Utilize technology effectively to address customer-impacting concerns.

    + Ensure prompt and accurate assignment and resolution of service requests.

    + Understand and demonstrate urgency toward business-critical issues.

    + Adhere to processes, procedures, and internal controls.

    + Participate in collaboration activities to promote continuous process improvement.

    + Perform additional job-related tasks as needed or assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

    + Strong customer service and support skills.

    + Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

    + Familiarity with ticketing systems.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Highly motivated and self-directed with a sense of urgency.

    + Attention to detail and ability to recognize discrepancies.

    + Strong analytical, math, and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work accurately with minimal supervision.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Backgrounds in HR, onboarding, payroll, HCM, or recruiting.

    + Experience in teaching, event planning, or office environments.

    + Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external contacts.

    + Willingness to work with various systems.

    + Strong collaboration skills.

    + Open to degree + internship experience for the right candidate, otherwise would prefer 1-2 years of relevant experience

    This position is based in an office environment with cubicles within the building. The team collaborates closely with other teams, fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr.
