Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries about printing requirements, job status, estimates, orders, changes, shipping confirmations, and complaints.

• Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

• Accurately process customer orders, updating the system and communicating with relevant departments

• Provide accurate and detailed information about services and capabilities.

• Build a rapport with customers and foster positive relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details using a proprietary online portal.

• Collaborate with sales and print teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.

• Proficiency with basic computer skills, including typing and email. (40 WPM)

• Demonstrated ability to be empathetic, compassionate, and adaptable.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
