Job Description

As a Production Worker, you will assist in various areas such as trimming, mold operating, and assembly. In trimming, you will utilize hand tools to remove excess plastic from products or employ power drills to create assembly holes. Mold operating involves working with a crew on a rotational molding machine, where you will fill it with plastic pellets, run the machine, unload it, and send parts to trimming. This role requires physical capability, including lifting up to 50lbs. Assembly involves basic assembly of plastic parts using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

+ Assist in trimming, mold operating, and assembly tasks.

+ Utilize hand tools to trim excess plastic and power drills for assembly holes.

+ Operate rotational molding machines, fill with plastic pellets, run, unload, and send parts for trimming.

+ Lift up to 50lbs and work physically demanding tasks.

+ Stand, bend, twist, and lift throughout the workday.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in general production and assembly.

+ Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to 50lbs.

+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

+ Mechanical aptitude for equipment operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in construction and general labor.

+ Capability to adapt to fast-paced work environments.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Lake, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
