Job Description
Mount Sinai is one of the largest non-profit health systems in the U.S., with a strong reputation and Top 20 national ranking for both care quality and research/education. Our health system has ~50,000 employees working together to provide care for millions of patients each year.
Mount Sinai Solutions (MSS) was created to drastically change the way people interact with health care. Medicine has become increasingly fragmented and transactional, resulting in ineffective patient care, provider burnout, and wasteful use of time and money. Our team is shifting the way people interact with health care by increasing access to high quality, in-network providers with an incredible patient experience.
A flagship of our business is The Health Center at Hudson Yards (HCHY); a 15,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art multi-specialty practice designed around patient experience. HCHY houses two distinct membership-based practices – one that provides comprehensive and convenient care to employees in the area, and another that provides outstanding concierge-level service and amenities to individuals seeking an unrivaled health care experience. https://www.healthcenterhudsonyards.com/about/
We are looking for talented professionals that are passionate about developing a true system of care that can create market-leading value for our customers, members, and patients and:
• Are comfortable “playing up” and “playing down” as needed to accomplish business objectives
• Work productively amidst ambiguity
• Thrive in fast-paced work environments
• Seek to improve the status quo
The Senior Associate – Consumer Sales will play a critical role in driving the continued growth of Mount Sinai Solutions’ direct-to-consumer business, focusing on the end-to-end sales of high-touch concierge healthcare offerings designed for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs). The Associate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospective clients, and overseeing the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to deal closure and renewals.
This position provides a unique opportunity to own and grow a book of business, directly contribute to revenue growth, and shape sales strategy.
