Job Title: Assembler

**1st shift:** Monday-Friday

**Pay:** $17/hr, increase to $18/hr after 90 days

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our team. You will work on a manufacturing floor with several lines or cells, assembling HVAC units for commercial buses. Each line/cell has 4-5 team members, and each station is equipped with all necessary hand and power tools. Attention to detail is crucial as you will work with parts of varying sizes. A lead will guide each group, and a supervisor will oversee the entire line.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble specific sections of HVAC units as part of a team.

+ Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks.

+ Follow detailed written and verbal instructions.

+ Ensure quality and attention to detail in all assembly work.

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing setting performing assembly work.

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.

+ Experience working on an assembly line.

+ Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.

Work Environment

Our facility is a clean, organized, and temperature-controlled environment with bright lights and ample space. The production floor is well-lit and inviting. Employees work Monday through Friday with occasional overtime till and potential Saturday shifts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of York, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $35360.00/yr.

11 holidays-eligible from day one. 2 weeks PTO -accrued 8 hours from January -October per month. Can use PTO after 90 days.
