Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join a high-precision manufacturing team that produces products for the Aerospace, Medical, and Energy industries. As a journeyman-level maintenance technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing equipment, including metal die-casting machines, plastic molding machines, CNC machines, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

+ Perform journeyman-level work in at least one specialty area of the skilled crafts trade such as electrical, fabrication, machining, hydraulics/pneumatics, HVAC, or production machinery repair.

+ Maintain, adjust, troubleshoot, repair, and install mechanical, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic, HVAC, and all other equipment in the facility.

+ Install, maintain, adjust, and repair production fixtures.

+ Repair and maintain electrical systems of plastic molds.

+ Conduct safety inspections of the fire sprinkler system.

+ Perform building remodeling and maintenance tasks.

+ Conduct safety checks of compressed air systems and gas heating systems.

+ Operate and repair a variety of forklifts.

+ Set up and operate shop equipment and machines, working to close tolerances, using appropriate standard and specialized measuring and testing instruments.

+ Assist other maintenance personnel as needed.

+ Attend Quality Manual Standards Training and apply Quality Standards accordingly.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and organized aerospace parts manufacturing company. Choose between a day shift from 7am to 3:30pm or a swing shift from 3pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Clackamas, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $79040.00/yr.

Union company with solid benefits package including pension. For pension $3.15 goes in to retirement account for every hour you work. Other benefits include mecical, dental, vision, etc.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Clackamas,OR.
