• About the Role

We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Family Medicine/Primary Care team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and enjoys both patient interaction and administrative responsibilities.

• Key Responsibilities

+ 💉 Lab Draws: Primary responsibility for phlebotomy for all patients

+ 📝 Clinical Support: Assist with intake forms, vital signs, and patient scheduling

+ 🗂️ Chart Management: Maintain patient charts including insurance, registration, lab/radiology reports, and correspondence

+ 📅 Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm appointments, scans, and tests; notify departments of daily/weekly schedules

+ 📞 Patient Communication: Handle incoming calls, relay test results per physician discretion, and follow up with no-shows

+ 🩺 Vitals & History: Record BP, TPR, weight, and medical history prior to physician visit

+ 🧰 Supply Management: Maintain medical and office supplies in exam and clerical areas

• Qualifications

+ 📜 Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

+ ❤️ BLS Certification – Required

+ 🧠 1–3 years of experience in a clinical setting

+ 💬 Strong communication and organizational skills

+ 🩹 Proficiency in phlebotomy and basic clinical procedures

• Work Environment

+ Office-based setting in a Family Medicine / Primary Care clinic

+ Collaborative and supportive team atmosphere

•Pay?

+ Medical Assistant: $18/hr-$22.50/hr

+ Licensed Practical Nurse: $22/hr-$27/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.50/hr.
