    Job Description

    We are seeking skilled Controls Technicians to join our team on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Each shift has two open positions. The shifts are 1st Shift: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm, 2nd Shift: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm, and 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10:30 pm - 6:30 am. You will work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) mandatorily, with voluntary overtime available during the week. This role offers a competitive hourly rate with shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Our highly automated facility will provide you with a laptop and a communication device for team interaction.

     

    + Monitor PLC programs (Mitsubishi and/or Siemens) using various inspection logic and HMI.

    + Control documentation and equipment configuration changes.

    + Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, inspection flow, and control components.

    + Diagnose and troubleshoot various statuses such as I/O Boards, encoders, light controllers, modules, and devices.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3 years in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.

    + Understanding of electrical circuits and industrial systems.

    + Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair PLC system faults.

    + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems.

    + Experience with Mitsubishi PLCs.

    Work Environment

     

    The facility is vast, requiring a significant amount of walking between buildings and plant areas. One department is a dry room where wearing a garb and beard net (if applicable) is required. The environment is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit, with a strong emphasis on 5S3K standards.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Holland, Michigan.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77792.00/yr.

     

    The company offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees’ paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start. They provide $110 per week for employees to pay for babysitting services through a user-friendly app.
