Industrial Maintenance Technician
**Job Type:** Full-Time
Pay:** **$30.00 - $42.00 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled **Industrial Maintenance Technician** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in **hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems** , including **low voltage to high 480V 3-phase motors** , and possess knowledge of **PLC troubleshooting** . This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform **preventative maintenance** and repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
+ Troubleshoot and repair **electrical systems** , including **low voltage and 480V 3-phase motors** .
+ Diagnose and resolve **PLC-related issues** to maintain optimal machine performance.
+ Read and interpret **technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals** .
+ Conduct **routine inspections** to identify potential equipment failures.
+ Assist in **installing, upgrading, and maintaining industrial machinery** .
+ Ensure compliance with **safety regulations and company policies** .
+ Collaborate with other technicians and departments to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
+ **High school diploma or GED** required; technical certification preferred.
+ **3+ years of experience** in industrial maintenance or a related field.
+ Strong knowledge of **hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems** .
+ Experience with **PLC troubleshooting and programming** .
+ Ability to read and interpret **electrical schematics and mechanical drawings** .
+ Familiarity with **lockout/tagout procedures and OSHA safety standards** .
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work **independently and as part of a team** .

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $87360.00/yr.
