    Job Title: Robotic Welder Operator - Swing Shift

    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a skilled Structural Steel Robotic Layout/Weld Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will operate advanced fit and weld machinery and engage in robotic welding and other structural equipment operations to meet production goals with precision.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate robotic layout and welding machinery including brands such as Zeman, Peddinghaus, AGT, Ocean, and Voortman.

    + Maintain high levels of production efficiency and quality, adhering to all safety protocols.

    + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

    + Collaborate with the team to enhance productivity and workflow.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 1 year of manufacturing and machine operating experience.

    + Proven experience in operating fit and weld machines like Zeman, Peddinghaus, AGT, Ocean, Voortman.

    + Strong understanding of structural steel operations and robotic welding processes.

    + Ability to work the designated swing shift schedule, with potential overtime.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Additional experience in robotic welding or structural equipment operation is highly advantageous.

    + Welding certifications and prior experience in a similar industry preferred.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment consists of a large facility with over 80 shop employees and an open bayed shop. There is a roof, but weather inside will differentiate. Shifts are scheduled from 3:00pm-1:30pm Monday-Thursday. (open to flexibility)

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of AIRWAY HEIGHTS, Washington.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $28.50 - $31.50/hr.
