    Clinical Supervisor – Plano, TX

     

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Plano, TX. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering Monday-Friday,

     

    8:00 AM – 5:00 PM hours with no weekends. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, managing at least 10 or more medical assistants, and will oversee clinic operations, scheduling, hiring, and staff training.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and quality patient care.

    + Manage staffing coverage, including scheduling and PTO requests.

    + Supervise a team of 15+ medical assistants, providing guidance and support.

    + Utilize Excel and Athena verification for clinic documentation and workflow optimization.

    + Ordering and tracking supplies in including vaccines.

    + Lead training programs for new hires and existing staff.

    + Handle hiring and onboarding of medical assistants.

    + Assist with clinic support when needed, maintaining a hands-on approach.

    + Proactively ask questions and seek solutions to enhance clinic efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • CMA Certification or LVN License required.

    • Experience managing 10 or more medical assistants in a clinic setting.

    • Strong skills in scheduling, coverage management, and staff training.

    • Proficiency in Excel and Athena verification.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions.

    • 3-5 years of expereince in supervising

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
