Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our injection molding machines and equipment. You will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing operating problems, disassembling and inspecting machines, and performing routine preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

+ Diagnose and fix operating problems in machinery.

+ Disassemble, inspect, and overhaul injection molding machines.

+ Discuss replacement or repair needs with Maintenance Manager and Supervisor.

+ Fit and align precision mechanisms, drives, and bearings.

+ Layout and install molding machines and equipment.

+ Use a variety of measuring instruments to check machine alignment.

+ Perform routine preventative maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and process troubleshooting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40560.00 - $74880.00/yr.
