Job Title: Linux Systems EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a Linux Systems Engineer to develop and optimize high-performance applications for RHEL and embedded Linux systems. This role involves working closely with hardware and Windows-based components in a distributed architecture, contributing to cross-platform integration, and ensuring robust system diagnostics and error handling.

Responsibilities

+ Develop high-performance applications for RHEL and Embedded Linux nodes.

+ Optimize system-level code for maximum efficiency.

+ Interface with Windows and hardware components in a distributed architecture.

+ Implement robust error handling and system diagnostics.

+ Contribute to cross-platform integration efforts.

Essential Skills

+ Strong Linux systems programming experience.

+ Proficiency in both C and object-oriented programming in Linux environments.

+ Understanding of Linux internals, threading, networking, and memory management.

+ Experience with performance optimization and profiling tools.

+ Knowledge of inter-process communication in heterogeneous environments.

+ Experience with Git-based version control.

+ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Understanding of the semiconductor industry.

+ Experience in companies adjacent to E-beam technology.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $190000.00/yr.
