    Job Title: General Labor

    Shift:

    + Mon-Thurs 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

    + Thur-Sun 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

    + Mon-Fri 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

    Pay: $21-23/hr

    **Job Description:** Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference? Join our team as a General Laborer, where you'll work with construction trailers that serve as job site offices. Your main responsibility will be to restore these trailers when they return to the shop, involving tasks such as flooring, drywall, siding work, caulking, and installing windows. You'll also help keep our shop clean and organized.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform flooring, drywall, and siding work on construction trailers.

    + Carry out caulking and window installation tasks.

    + Regularly clean up the shop and organize tools.

    + Adapt to perform any assigned labor duties as needed.

    + Participate in safety training and orientation on the first day.

    + Shadow team members and work with a lead before working independently.

    Essential Skills:

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

    + Ability to lift 20-40 lbs regularly.

    + Willingness to perform various labor tasks as required.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    + Entry-level position open to candidates with retail, warehouse, or manufacturing backgrounds.

    + Experience in labor, landscaping, or construction preferred but not mandatory.

    Work Environment:

    + Shop environment with a team of 25, divided into groups of 5 each led by a supervisor.

    + Conditions vary with outdoor temperatures.

    + Work schedules include Mon-Thurs 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Thur-Sun 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Mon-Fri 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

    + Dress code requires steel-toed boots, jeans without holes, and appropriate shirts.

    Job Type & Location:

    + Contract to Hire position based out of Henderson, Colorado.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
