    Are you a skilled CAD technician with a passion for land and utility survey work? Join our dynamic team as aSurvey CAD Technicianand play a key role in transforming field data into accurate, high-quality drawings that support critical infrastructure and development projects.

     

    •What You’ll Do

    + Draft detailed CAD drawings for:

    + Boundary surveys

    + Transmission line right-of-way surveys

    + Land tie surveys

    + As-built surveys

    + Topographic surveys

    + Collaborate with field crews and office staff to ensure accuracy and consistency.

    + Research existing survey and real estate records to support project development.

    + Communicate with local and state agencies to gather right-of-way information.

    + Assist in finalizing and delivering completed survey packages.

    •What You Bring

    + 3+ years of professional drafting experience.

    + Proficiency inAutoCADor similar CAD software.

    + Solid understanding ofland surveying principles and terminology.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

    •Preferred Qualifications

    + Associate’s degree in Drafting or a related field.

    + Experience working directly with survey field crews or in a survey office.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
