    Job Summary

    You are crucial as Manager of Nursing Registered Nurse 1 in creating a supportive, healthy space for staff. Your responsibilities include promoting top-tier nursing practices and ensuring a nurturing environment. You play a key role in planning, policy formation, resource allocation, and improvement efforts. Designing educational programs and providing nursing care is also essential.

    **LOCATION/FACILITY:** Baylor Scott & White Health, McKinney, Texas

    **SPECIALITY/DEPARTMENT PRACTICE:** NICU

    **SHIFT/SCHEDULE:** Full time days, Monday-Friday with flexibility to work with night and weekend shift staff

    Qualifications

    + A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is needed for this role.

    + A minimum of (3) three years' relevant experience is desired.

    + Registered Nurse

    + Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of starting the job.

    **PREFERRED:** Prefer a NICU and/or leadership certification
