    We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient Pediatric therapy team .     Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient pediatric clinic setting.

    + Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards.

    + Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.

    + Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team.

    + Engage in staff meetings, advanced practice teams, and shared governance to help drive best practice and clinical excellence.

    + Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives within the department.

    + Appropriately delegate tasks to support personnel.

    Qualifications Include:

    + Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program

    + Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Wisconsin in Occupational Therapy

    + NBCOT certification

    + Specific skills: knowledge and experience in infant/pediatrics
