Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is seeking a dedicated and talented professional for the following opportunity in San Diego, CA:
Learning and Multimedia Content Specialist
Full-time, Non-exempt
JOB SUMMARY
We’re seeking a remarkable multimedia content creator and course administrator to support the LEARN Program---a no-cost energy efficiency technical upskill and consumer education program for San Diego’s diverse professional, construction trades, and underserved communities. You’ll ensure our program’s content is engaging, accurate, and visually appealing while also meeting business, technology, and user requirements. In collaboration with others, you’ll create meaningful, memorable, motivational, and measurable multimedia content for our website, LMS, social channels, and promotions. This role is remote however travel within San Diego County required for event attendance or meetings as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field or equivalent experience
+ Three years of experience in eLearning, curriculum development or design (web, multimedia, or UX)
+ Experience managing courses and curricula in an LMS (familiarity with Docebo)
+ Proficiency with content creation and project management software (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, ThingLink, Asana, Microsoft Office)
+ Knowledge of construction trades, energy efficiency, renewables, sustainable building, healthy housing / built environment, and/or California energy markets
+ Familiarity with marketing, behavior change, adult learning, and/or UX principles
+ Ability to lead in-person learning events and skill-building workshops in San Diego
+ Education/Outreach experience working with underserved audiences
+ Bilingual (English and Spanish) - preferred
Pay Range:
$33.00 - $38.00 per hour, dependent on experience
