TEKsystems is currently searching for career-driven candidates interested in a Debt Collections Counselor opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola, FL area!

Job Description:

+ Handling phone calls with members, negotiating settlements, and arranging payments.

+ Maintaining and tracking settlements and payment arrangements.

+ Updating and submitting new arrangements into the system.

+ Collecting payments with both inbound and outbound calls.

+ Primarily handling outbound dialing using an auto-dialer.

+ Inbound calls overflow when necessary.

Location:

+ Pensacola, FL – HYBRID schedule 2 days per week onsite in office

Schedule:

+ Full Time, 40 hours per week.

+ Monday-Friday

+ 7am-5:30pm Availability

Start Date: June 23rd

Responsibilities and Experience:

+ Negotiating settlements, tracking payments, and maintaining payment records

+ Fast-paced customer service experience or prior call center experience.

+ Ability to multi-task and handle high-stress situations with back-to-back calls.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
