Description

The Home Loan Specialist is an entry level role supporting various client channels. As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

-Perform routine data entry and validation tasks

-Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)

-Review and validate loan documents

-Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses

-Monitor work queues and intervening as needed

-Perform other related duties as required and assigned

-Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

Qualifications

-Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience OR entry level Bachelor's Degree in relevant studies

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office

-Financial Services experience required

-Mortgage industry experience HIGHLY preferred!

•Hours

M-F 7:30a-4:30p or 8:00a-5:00p Office is open from 6a-8p, so there is some flexibility on working hours.

Fully In-Office M-F - candidate will receive equipment in case they need to work from home due to bad weather, or if they need to work OT on the weekends. No hybrid flexibility.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
