    In this role, you will...

    FUNTIONAL SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

    + Manage all aspects of the system utilized to collect $3M+ in annual financial transactions.

    + Serve as functional (front-end) system administrator and system expert, supporting daily operations related to reservations, registrations and point of service sales items.

    + Prepare, plan, and coordinate upgrades and system fixes limiting impact to internal and external users.

    + Optimize front-end components to enhance usability, accessibility, and performance. Creates and maintains consistent standards of coding, entry and style for all products managed through the RecTrac and WebTrac databases.

    + Perform periodic audits of systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations and policies. Monitor application to ensure compliance with internal management controls. Work with staff on an ongoing basis to ensure accurate operation of system(s).

    + Collaborate to create user friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for software systems. Continuously improve internal and external user experience by conducting user research, gathering feedback, and analyzing user behavior.

    + Maintain WebTrac (RecTrac customer user interface). Collaborate with Outreach team and other divisions to develop marketing and public relation materials for use on website.

    + Analyze system processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement. Streamline workflows and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

    + Manage contracts, agreements and relationships with vendors supporting systems.

    + Utilize help ticket tracking system to manage user or system errors, resolve transaction issues and troubleshoot reoccurring items seeking effective resolution.

     

    BUSINESS OPERATIONS and ANALYTICS

     

    + Comply with policy, procedures and guidelines related to business operations and financial transactions.

    + Develop and maintain manuals and procedures related to the systems.

    + Develop, implement and maintain training materials and provide training supporting effective utilization of assigned software. Establishes and enforces standards.

    + Prepare and analyze benchmarking data relevant to operations, financial practices and business practices. Develop various financial, administrative, and statistical reports supporting business operations, process improvements and informed decision-making.

    Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

     

    About You

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business, Finance, Parks and Recreation, Industrial/Engineering Technology.

    + -Two- (2) years of job-related experience.

    + -OR- Six (6) years of professional job-related experience can be substituted for the required education.

    + -OR- Related professional program/project management may substitute for the required education.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Previous parks and recreation system administration experience

    + Previous supervisor/management experience

    + Certified or ability to obtain certification as a “Certified Parks and Recreation Professional” through National Parks and Recreation Association

     

    About Everything Else

     

    Starting Pay Range: $56,139.20 based on experience.
