What Does a Great Deposit Consultant – Client Advisory Services Do at Fiserv?
The Deposit Consultant in the Client Advisory team at Fiserv plays a crucial role in enhancing client interactions and driving strategic success by providing expertise in deposit-related reviews. This position focuses on ensuring quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term strategic success for clients in the financial services industry. You will play a crucial role in conducting Deposit Specification Reviews, Tran Code Reviews, EIM Reviews, Float Table assessments, EIM Decision Plans, TMS Reviews, and Deposit Operational Reviews for the Premier Core system.
What You Will Do:
+ Partner with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored suggestions and solutions
+ Lead training sessions and facilitate discussions to enhance client understanding and utilization of the Premier Core system
+ Review processes and workflows to ensure deposit products meet client expectations and industry standards
+ Document activities, challenges, and resolutions in a client-facing format to build strong relationships
+ Communicate customer suggestions for product enhancements and resolve operating difficulties
+ Collaborate with internal teams to address problems and ensure resolution
+ Monitor service delivery and product performance with Account Managers and Client Partners
What You Will Need To Have:
+ 3-5 years of experience with Fiserv Premier applications, particularly in deposit solutions
+ Extensive knowledge in deposit operations, including profitability assessments
+ 2-5 years of experience in banking operations related to deposits and account management
+ Minimum of three years in customer service support roles, with training experience preferred
+ Travel domestically up to 40-65% of the time
