    _A longstanding premier Food manufacturing company is seeking a Lead Mechanic Maintenance Technician (2_ _nd_ _or 3_ _rd_ _shift) to join their growing team. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a team that is developing groundbreaking products to support healthier living!_

    We are looking for a Leader that possesses the following skills:

    + Proven leadership/supervisory experience

    + Industrial Mechanic Maintenance experience (electrical experience a plus!)

    + Food or Packaging GMP environment

    **Pay** : $80k-$90k

    **Schedule** : 2nd shift OR 3 rd shift (OT as needed)

    **Type of Job:** Direct Hire/Permanent

    **Lead Mechanic Maintenance Tech Essential Functions** :

    + Advance the goals of Safety, Quality, and Productivity in a food manufacturing environment

    + Coach team members in proper troubleshooting techniques, maintenance, and repairs

    + Actively pursue and correct problems with components and systems throughout the facility

    + Thorough knowledge of automated packaging machinery operation, troubleshooting and repair; pump theory, operation, and repair; pneumatic principles, application troubleshooting and repair; hydraulic principles, application troubleshooting and repair

    + Troubleshoot and repair controls systems including network problems associated with PC’s, PLC’s, and various man-machine interfaces

    + Capable of reading and interpreting electrical schematics

    + Work safely with both low and high voltage circuits and diagnose electric motor, motor control and device control problems.

    Lead Mechanic Maintenance Tech Requirements:

    + High School Diploma/GED

    + Proven leadership/supervisory experience

    + 5 years of related experience (industrial mechanic/electrical)

    + Experience with food processing and packaging equipment preferred.
