    Join the Amergis Team as a School Social Worker (Short-Term Contract)

     

    Contract Dates: August 26 – November 7, 2025

     

    Hours: 35 hours/week

     

    Grades: 7–12

     

    Work Format: Primarily in-person, with some virtual flexibility

     

    Compensation: $1,225/week

     

    We are seeking a compassionate and licensed School Social Worker to support students in grades 7–12 during a short-term leave coverage. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing social-emotional support, crisis intervention, and collaborating with educators and families to promote student well-being.

    Requirements:

    + Valid Michigan School Social Worker License

    + Experience working with middle and high school students

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills

    + Ability to work independently and adapt to hybrid (in-person/virtual) settings
