    Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Beer Hawkers to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida.

     

    As a Beer Hawker, you'll be right in the heart of the action, delivering the ultimate fan experience by selling ice-cold beverages directly to cheering fans. This is a fast-paced role where _your effort directly translates to your income_ through a combination of **commissions and generous tips** – the more you hustle and connect with fans, the more you earn!

    Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

    What will you do?

     

    + Sell beverages throughout EverBank Stadium in the stands

    + Actively engage with fans and promote beverage sales.

    + Circulate among guests within the assigned section; call out and sell alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages

    + Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification and adhere to company alcohol policies and procedures

    + Collect payment from guests while following credit handling policies

    + Conduct inventory reports at the end of each shift

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    More about you

    + High energy, stamina, and a positive attitude.

    + Excellent customer service and communication skills.

    + A strong sales drive and a hunger to maximize your earnings!

    + Basic math skills to accurately account for vendor sales

    + Capacity to understand and follow directions as well as work cooperatively with others

    + Ability to complete required alcohol service training

    Physical requirements

    + Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time

    + Ability to comfortably carry 50 lbs up and down stairs and navigate crowded areas for extended periods.

    + Will be required to work outdoors and in variable temperatures depending on the season
