Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Club Attendants to join our team at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan. As an Club Attendant, you will be the face of our restaurant and be the epitome of excellent service to guests. What will you do?

+ Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room including all equipment, utensils, tables, chairs, service stations, floors.

+ Must be able to communicate with guests, have a friendly disposition

+ Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables when needed.

+ Keep food & beverage area well stocked and clean.

+ Check in with management upon arrival for daily duties and station assignments.

+ Attend pre-shift briefing, taking note of relevant information including service, food and beverage, and guest notes.

More about you

+ Must be able provide quality customer service

+ Beneficial if you have one year’s experience as a server in a high-volume environment and experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment

Physical requirements

+ Must be able to lift 35 lbs, as well as standing, walking, bending for long periods of time, which may include walking up stairs

+ Visual awareness and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
