In this exciting role, your work directly influences the scents people fall in love with—you’ll be among the first to experience new fragrances and play a key role in their creation.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, fragrance development, and technical departments, you’ll transform consumer feedback into actionable insights. We’re looking for naturally curious, self-motivated individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact. This role reports into the Director of Consumer Insights, Perfumery & Beauty.

Your key responsibilities

+ Manage consumer panel studies onsite in Princeton, NJ office

+ Organize activities necessary for the successful running of consumer insights, including consumer insights calendar, preparation of test materials, and practical execution of consumer insights tests

+ Organize and manage the purchase and supply of stock and materials for all testing activities

+ Ensure optimal working condition of testing facilities (booths, computers, prep area etc.)

+ Document and recommend study protocols for new research studies

+ Assist in study programming in proprietary testing software

You bring

+ Minimum of one year experience in sensory, product, or consumer testing preferred

+ Hands-on mindset with good communication skills

+ Detail oriented, intellectual curiosity and ability to work with a sense of urgency

+ Ability to be stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40lbs

+ Strong Excel, PowerPoint and general computer knowledge

+ Bachelor’s Degree required
