Quality Engineer

Your Key Responsibilities

+ Develop and implement technical quality solutions to optimize production and assembly processes.

+ Conduct and oversee quality checks and inspections of designated products or manufacturing processes.

+ Make decisions regarding the blocking of suspect or defective parts or products, pending further review.

+ Coordinate with management to address customer complaints and manage related costs.

+ Manage and analyze customer warranty cases to determine root causes and corrective actions.

+ Implement and verify the application and effectiveness of quality standards and initiatives.

+ Support the preparation and conduction of internal and external audits.

+ Collaborate with local Quality Management and Quality Customer Service teams to initiate corrective actions.

+ Create customer deviations for parts outside of standard.

+ Assist the inspection department with quality equipment troubleshooting.

Your Qualifications

+ BS-Engineering or equivalent

+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to create technical concepts for quality optimization

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

+ Experience in managing customer complaints and implementing corrective actions

+ Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

+ Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

+ This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
