    Job Description:As a Respiratory Therapist at Elevate Care, you will play a vital role in providing respiratory care services to patients with breathing disorders. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement personalized care plans, and work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine respiratory care requirements.

    + Develop and execute individualized respiratory care plans.

    + Administer respiratory treatments, medications, and therapies as prescribed.

    + Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy, adjusting care as necessary.

    + Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques and self-management strategies.

    + Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize care plans.

    + Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities.

    + Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance respiratory care services.

    Qualifications:

    + Current and valid Respiratory Therapist license.

    + Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program.

    + BLS and ACLS certifications.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

    + Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

    + Experience with mechanical ventilation and critical care is a plus.
