    This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

    What you´ll do

    + Manage product portfolio according to portfolio segmentation principles, including sustainability aspects, in alignment with other regions & Business Units if applicable.

    + Drive portfolio complexity management to create a more focused, profitable & sustainable portfolio

    + Analyze portfolio profitability within region & initiate corrective actions, safeguarding product contribution and value capturing.

    + Drive COGs saving process: Initiate ideation, creation and execution of CoGs projects

    + Coordinate lifecycle management: drive new product introduction, product phase out, Management of Change and drive customer communication and approval

    + Ensure business continuation and minimize customer impact

    What makes you a good fit

    + 3-5 years of Product Management experience

    + Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, etc.

    + Experience with stakeholder management and working cross functional

    + Product & Portfolio management

    + Change management

    + Analytical thinking

    The salary for this role is **$103,500.00 - $147,400.00** . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
