Responsibilities:

+ Work on complex issues where analysis of situation or data requires deep evaluation;

+ Build and deploy state of the art ML models for NLP and LLM use cases;

+ Build large scale ML interface and serving pipelines;

+ Design and develop and scale realtime ML services which provide AI functionality for Zoom features;

+ Define metrics, dashboards to monitor and evaluate AI service maturity and performance;

+ Work closely with the Research teams build required tools and services to make them productive;

+ Work closely with the product and operations teams to integrate ML services seamlessly into the products; and

+ Work closely with various teams on data acquisition, cleanup and related tooling.

What we're looking for:

+ Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational and Mathematical Engineering, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent;

+ Must have 1 year of experience in the job offered or related occupation;

+ Must have 1 year of experience in: coding in Python;

+ Must have 1 year of experience in at least one or more of the following: Natural Language Understanding, Natural Language Generation, Intent detection, topic modeling and segmentation, training/fine tuning large language models, transformer;

+ Must have 1 year of experience in Machine Learning toolkits such as (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spacy, etc.);

+ Must have 1 year of experience in distributed training and performance optimization on GPU’s;

+ Must have 1 year of experience in working on multi-modal ML; and

+ Must have 1 year of experience in Microservice, Docker, Kubernetes, REST API, AWS.

+ Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. No domestic or international travel required.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$170,000.00

Maximum:

$255,400.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
