    Job Summary

    The Installer/Trainer is responsible to ensure the point of sale system is set up, installed, and trained according to guidelines. This role is responsible to provide support for the system during a restaurant opening day.

    Job Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)

    + Install, train, and support computer hardware and software by applying skills acquired through the company’s sponsored certification program. Assume full accountability to insure the installation meets all standards.

    + Train store personnel on the use of the point of sale system, including troubleshooting, order entry, driver dispatch, and demonstrating the appropriate use of the system manual.

    + Complete all status reports and documentation with regard to the installation. Complete and file timely & accurate expense and time reports according to established guidelines.

    + Provide maintenance and support for all IS when not travelling.

    + Formulate and execute decisions based on previous field level experiences, related to unique circumstances that occur during the course of the assigned installation, training and support of the field systems team members.

    + Travel required based on business needs.

    Education, Experience & Certifications

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + One (1) to two (2) years related experience required
