    **Salary Range:** $25.00/hour to $30.00/hour

    THE PRODUCTION TEAM

    The Production Team is responsible for overseeing Cupertino Electric’s Field workforce, ensuring that all projects are executed with the high standards of safety, productivity, scheduling, quality and cost control. Our team is dedicated to operational excellence, maintaining tight control over project execution from start to finish. We take pride in developing and deploying the best Field Managers in the industry, leaders who drive performance, uphold standards, and deliver successful project outcomes.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Production Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the administrative functions of the Production Department in our San Jose office. This position will be cross-trained to assist with a variety of tasks including union workforce dispatch support, employee record updates, in-person onboarding assistance, event coordination, and general administrative support.

     

    + Support the processing of union new hire records for the organization with speed and accuracy.

    + Assist in maintaining and updating personnel files and employee records in various platforms.

    + Greet new hires and support in-person onboarding processes.

    + Assist with union dispatch support, including employee tracking and document updates.

    + Provide logistical and administrative support for Production Department events and meetings.

    + Perform data entry and file management in accordance with department standards.

    + Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of shared tasks.

    + Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.

    **Skill:** Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.

    **Job Complexity:** Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.

    **Supervision:** Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.

    ABOUT YOU

    + Strong keyboarding and data entry skills with proven accuracy and speed.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with SharePoint or other HRIS platforms is a plus.

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    + Comfortable sitting at a desk and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact professionally with internal staff and new hires.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    _Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying._

     

    **Education:** High School Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.

    **Licensure/Certifications:** None required.

    **Experience:** 2+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry role, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
