DESCRIPTION
The **Senior Auto Plan Admin** , will be responsible for operational administration of the **Everlance** auto program database, reviewing and approving payments, and fielding questions for approximately 12,000 Acosta drivers. Assists with consolidating U.S. and Canada auto program administration from other areas of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Administer the Everlance auto program system to reflect new hires, terminations, and promotions for approximately 10,000 drivers. Must be able to manage the day to day operations of the program with very little direct supervision.
+ Monitor and adjust procedures to improve efficiencies of operational issues in collaboration with Everlance representatives. Has authority to have Everlance modify reports and/or procedures to improve accuracy or efficiency of the program.
+ Review and verify that invoices from Everlance are accurate
+ Manage the process so that payments made to Acosta Associates by Everlance are based on the most current and accurate information
+ Respond to inquiries timely. Handle complex and escalated inquiries that require research and resolution.
+ Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and other Auto Plan Administrators to ensure timely and accurate review of reports and data requests.
+ Special projects as assigned, i.e. transition auto plan administration from other areas of the business
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
+ Five years operational process experience
+ Two years of fleet or claims experience is a plus
+ Able to manage competing priorities, high volume of work, with complex analysis
+ Ability to work independently and proactively
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Software
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
+ Excellent communication and organization skills
