**Reporting to:** Hydro Manager
Role Overview:
The Administrative Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to the plant. This position requires both teamwork and independent work.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage and maintain calendars and emails, keeping management updated.
+ Handle confidential files and information.
+ Prepare site-specific information.
+ Organize and schedule meetings, conference calls, and related logistics (e.g., equipment for presentations, agenda, handouts, reservations, refreshments).
+ Serve as the invoice reconciler for Central Georgia Hydro.
+ Order supplies.
+ Answer phones and assist callers.
+ Prepare timesheets and enter time into Oracle.
+ Prepare callout lists.
+ Support plant personnel with expense statements (IExpense).
+ Perform additional miscellaneous administrative support duties.
+ Create desktop requisitions and purchase requests.
Job Requirements:
Education:
+ High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience:
+ Minimum of three years of experience in a Secretary/Administrative Assistant role performing the listed responsibilities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Preferred experience with HR Information System Database, electronic time entry, and invoice processing.
+ Preferred experience with account number distribution for assigning and tracking costs.

+ Professional interaction with customers, management, peers, and business unit personnel.
+ High accuracy and timeliness in work products.
+ Ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple activities simultaneously.
+ Ability to determine priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
+ Proficiency in verbal and written communications.
+ Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
+ Ability to audit timekeeping functions and contracts/invoice entries.
