We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Technical Service Representative for our Fredericksburg location.

Job Description

The selected candidate will:

+ Provide technical support to in-house personnel, authorized distributors, and customers regarding sold Kaeser products to include on-call support on weekends and holidays.

+ Respond to inquires from branches and distributors regarding part numbers and product manuals.

+ Document component failures and troubleshooting methods.

+ Analyze data to diagnose compressor problems.

+ Perform inspection and failure analysis of returned components as required.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate’s background will include:

+ High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.

+ Good communication skills/phone skills required.

+ Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suites.

+ SAP experience preferred.

+ Regular physical attendance at the worksite.

+ Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

+ Minimum 1 year of experience in the electrical or mechanical industry.
