    Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.

     

    + Dependable and strong work ethic.

    + Excellent verbal and communication skills.

    + Experience with international high school credential evaluation and researching international schools.

    + Ability to make decisions and problem-solve independently including identifying discrepancies and determining resolutions.

    + Experience with report writing and analyzing data.

    + Experience building international training and resource information for staff and external users.

    + Minimum 2 years professional experience in a higher education environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience being a point of contact for a specialized program/population or comparable experience.

    + Experience with Banner (or comparable SIS ) and Slate (or comparable CRM ).

    + Bachelor’s Degree.

    + Direct experience working in an admissions processing office, preferably including but not limited to, transcript articulation and evaluation.

    Job Description

    Reporting to the Assistant Director of Processing. This position will provide mentorship and support for entry and mid-level admission processors in all aspects of International Admission Processing. Primary area of responsibility will be overseeing special International programs and working as the primary contact. Secondarily, this position will provide daily support with international high school and college articulation, evaluations, catalog build and maintenance. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    Job Duties

    + Management and oversight of specialized international admission programs.

    + Evaluate and review of international applicant files to make accurate and timely admission decisions.

    + Evaluation and articulation of international credentials and transcripts including making initial equivalency recommendations.

    + Provide exceptional customer service.

    Additional Information to Applicants

    + This position can be 100% remote or hybrid in-person/remote.

    + TXST Global Admissions will not sponsor or transfer Visa sponsorship for this position.

    + Occasional overnight travel and work beyond normal 8-5 M-F may be required during peak business periods.
