    Job Description

    This position is temporary for general maintenance tasks including grass mowing and painting. Total hours worked will be 30 hours.

    In this job you will:

    + Operate mechanical equipment, perform basic maintenance and servicing, mow, spray, and remove weeds and debris.

    + Must have good attendance, a good safety record, good housekeeping, and organizational skills.

    + Be able to work independently without continual supervision.

    + Work outside in the elements, lift 40 pounds, bend, climb ladders, and wear appropriate PPE.

    Work Environment:

    Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.

    Pay Range:

    Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $20.00

     

    The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
