Interview Timeline and Structure
We will be conducting Round 1 (Phone) Interviews and Round 2 (Zoom) Interviews in June, with an anticipated start date in July.
Salary and Work Location
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 annually. Salary is determined by direct relevant experience and demonstrated past performance results while ensuring equity on our team.
Our office is located at 309 Maynard Street in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This position has the option to work on-site or hybrid (both remote and on-site), with staff expected to be in the office at least one day per week.

What you'll do
As Stewardship Programs Manager, you'll lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of college-wide donor recognition programs that celebrate generosity and deepen engagement. You'll develop and implement high-volume touchpoints that feel personal, create new ways to connect donors with the causes they care about, and use data to refine and scale what works. You'll collaborate with colleagues across LSA Advancement and campus to support team-wide stewardship functions, align strategies, and ensure that every donor feels appreciated and connected to the causes they care about.
You'll report directly to the Director of Stewardship.

Required Qualifications*
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
+ 3-5 years of experience in a related field (such as donor relations, stewardship, or a similar role within a nonprofit, educational, or fundraising organization)
+ Demonstrated experience managing programs or projects from concept to execution
+ Expertise in developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
+ Proven ability to gather and interpret data to inform strategies
+ Demonstrated success in creating content for various audiences, ensuring scalability
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks while meeting deadlines
+ Experience using project management tools and software
+ Experience writing, proofreading, and editing to deliver quality content
