Job Description Summary

Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

+ Supervises team of hourly production R16 classification

+ Ensures all applicable contract terms and operational policies and procedures are followed

+ Resolves all lost / misdelivered freight issues and takes corrective action

+ Ensures all receiving and shipping paperwork is stored and maintained in compliant manner

+ Lead Daily management and weekly safety huddles

+ Process and execution owner for Drop and Direct shipments to include document retention

+ IATA and DOT certified to ship hazardous material

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years logistics, distribution, warehouse or manufacturing experience)

The hours for this role will be Monday - Friday 2:30PM - 11:00PM. Must also be available for potential weekend hours.
