    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an international equivalent. A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in physician recruitment, healthcare staffing, talent acquisition, or a service-oriented field. Experience in sourcing/engaging healthcare professionals and working knowledge of the Health Care sector is preferred.

    Certifications:

    Preferred Knowledge & Skills:

    Experience working in a healthcare system, hospital, or physician recruitment firm is preferred.

    Soft Skills & Abilities:

    • Ability to build strong relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, and recruitment teams.
